Since one year, I was busy with new assignment. It was really difficult arrange my vacation. Due to some reasons I could not arrange my marriage this occasion. Then I decided to fly back to home to attend some relative functions.

When I started planning for my vacation, there was a beam on my face. At the end, I requested for my vacation. Even though my boss was not happy, he agreed finally. Then I started searching air-ticket. But scheduling date was a big trouble for me. To find better the flight and schedule, I had spent so much time, as I wanted save even if I could save a single day. Actually I need holidays again in December for my marriage. Finally I lost two days due unavailable flight schedule.

As I planned my vacation shortly, I had less time to prepare my self. Once I began shopping, it was really difficult to find the things for each one and time. We usually here starts our shopping after 9 PM and continues till 1 AM. I have to wake-up in the morning 7 o Clock for the office. That's why we usually plan our shopping in the weekend. But we went on weekdays most of the time for this vacation shopping.

I applied for Exit-re-entry visa and it happened in a day. When you start vacation here, company will treat you like as if you don't come back. So they will settle down all your salary till date you are working and you can collect your vacation salary too.

Just two days before on my travel I collected my Passport and Tickets. I checked everything then I found all are correct. At that moment I felt like I got the freedom now no can stop me flying. Yes I really mean it, as I got clear way to fly home. If you are in the same position you will feel that as If you have wings on your shoulder. And you feel like to fly on your own.

Then I started sending mails to friends and ringing to parents and relatives to convey my arrival. It was my first plan that how I land at home. I informed my brother in Chennai to receive me.

Then I started packing goods, which I bought, before a day of travel. My flight time was 7 o clocks in the evening. I reached airport 3 hours before as I had more luggage. Due to unavailable schedule, I forced to fly via Dubai. I landed Dubai midnight 12 0 clock. And my next flight to Chennai was 2 o clocks.

By that time, I went Dubai duty free shop to look around not to buy. I roamed around all the shops once. After that I went to have Italy Costa Coffee. They served more than half a litter to drink. It was made up of delicious aroma Costa Coffee nuts with low fat cow milk. But it costs INR. 230

As I started my travel hurry burry, I got a wound near to my home at Jeddah 4 hours before starts to airport. It was a small injury that one of my right leg toe nail has come out bit. I have taken first aid in Jeddah to stop the bleeding. But it was not sufficient enough. Bleeding was started again as soon as I reached Dubai airport and started paining also. I decided to contact Emirates airline officers to take treatment. They dressed on my injured toe well. This was helped me to get out of the bleeding and pain.

Emirates Airlines service was so good. I felt pretty comfortable in the journey. I hope this is the best airline service in the Gulf region.

Dubai Airport is so good Architecture, Lightings gives you pleasure. Big lawn for Departure and Arrival, So many duty free shops, Local Transportation to one end to another as the airport is so big. There were too many connecting and transit flights since it is Thursday night. Too Many Foreign Passengers were waiting to fly their destination. I got into board before half an hour before take off. In flight, they served delicious Tamil Nadu Uppuma and Vadai. I had good home land dish. Airbus was landed at Chennai around 8.30 AM local time.

I started breathing fresh air from nation. It was happy moment to step into my nation. After one hour I cleared my immigration and collected luggage's. As I don't have much valuable items I get out thru green channel, thru which you can carry nearly RS 25000/- worth goods.

My brother was waiting at arrival terminal to receive me. We together went to my brother house. He reserved ticket for me to my native in the same day evening. I had nice breakfast and lunch at brother house. I have things to handover some of friends who are working in Jeddah. I dispatched all the things to concerned person. I called my relatives and friends to convey my arrival.

Now I am realized that I am at my home land. It is true land where you can smell true heritage and cultured environment. Journey never ends.
